Battery Collection & Recycling

UK wide battery recycling service

Ecolamp safely collect and recycle all types of batteries including Household Alkaline, Nickel Cadmium (Ni-cad), Lithium (Li-po) and Lithium Ion (Li-ion), Nickel Metal Hydride (Ni-Mh) and lead acid. We will also provide you with the relevant waste transfer, hazardous waste and WEEE directive certification. This ensures you are complying with all the correct electrical waste and battery waste legislation.

We will provide you with our UN-approved Ecolamp battery drums and then once full arrange a collection via our bespoke courier who are licensed to carry hazardous and dangerous good.

Alkaline Batteries

  • 30 L drum (30Kgs) = £160+VAT

Nickel Cadmium (Ni-cad dry) Batteries

  • 30 L drum (30Kgs) = £175+VAT

Mixed Alkaline and Nickel Cadmium (Ni-cad dry) Batteries

  • 30 L drum (30Kgs) = £175+VAT

Lithium and Lithium-Ion Batteries

For Lithium (Li-po) and Lithium-ion (Li-ion) batteries, we also include an approved bag of fire retardant vermiculite with the battery drum which enables the safe transportation of dangerous goods that pose a significant and real fire risk.

Lithium Primary Batteries

  • 30 L drum (25Kgs) = £475+VAT

One Off Collection for Larger Volumes

For larger volumes, we offer a national service where we can send our bespoke drivers to collect your batteries. For any type please call or email for a no-hassle quote on how we can assist you to ensure you stay compliant with battery waste and electrical waste laws.
